=>Knights and Kings - Total War
Knights and Kings - Total War is a modification project for the great game, Rome-TotalWar, it aims to bring gameplay and eye-candy at the same time (by making 512x512 textures) and history will be an important aim, but gameplay is a bit more important to us Map COMING SOON! Demo Release date and Info: Around July 10th-20th 2006, maybe earlier though. Knights and Kings-Total War: The English Wars (Demo Release Community K&K Version 0.1) Info: Introduction: The English Wars will bring the power of England under your control in fun, and balanced Battles that england fought, or lets you play using custom battles (which we didn't disable) by one of the four factions included (England, France, Egypt or Scottish/irish). This Playable Demo will include a faction (scottish/irish) which won't be included in our main/other releases (Scotland will be A "Dependant" state in our full release) and will be given a balanced army..in this release a campaign map may not be possible unless someone volunteers before its too late, but will include a sample of how battles will be in our modification..very long, fun, and really needs tactical knowledge as some units can be easily killed but at the same time can kill other special units in small amount of time. How long are battles: Battles and their gameplay are the most improtant aspect of this demo, as recorded, with balanced and well mixed armies on both sides, battles will be as long as the folowing: -Small scale battles (50-150 men on each side) are as long as 10-12 minutes. -Medium scale battles (150-400 men on each side) are as long as 15-20 minutes. -Big scale battles (400-1200 men on each side) are as long as 30-50 minutes -Large scale battles (1400 or more on each side) are as long as 40 minutes -->1 hour Are you concerned about the campaign map: And have skills in that particular aspect, why don't you join Why is Egypt included..isnt that too far away: Well actually without Egypt English Crusades won't be possible..the battles between Richard and Saladin did exist in history right? Thus we add them, and will make a seperate "English Crusade" campaign (if someone volunteers  ) Speeches could be included: Maybe, depending on how much time we have when someone joins the voice department. MORE INFO ABOUT THE DEMO SOON!
