I have seen a lot of US/Europe rivalry (I have taken place in much of it) so I was wondering what would Europe do if the US had some terrible natural disaster. Like if the Cumbre Vieja in La Palma fell or there was a massive Earthquake in California or something like that. What would Europe do? Help? Not Help? Invade?

Actually, Evan, I believe your question has already been answered in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. Most of Europe did send the US aid in some form or another. Even France.

Sigh sometimes you do tend to make us Americans look dumb on these forums During Hurricane Katrina alot of help was offered from various European nations so the same thing would no doubt happen, some Europeans would blame the US for the disaster of course but most would offer whatever help they could. Europe is not out enemy anymore then we are theirs and we really need to get away from this Europe/US stuff and focus on the real issue....destroying China!

Then their response would be bigger? What is the point here? Again they arent our enemy so why would you think they would do anything other then what they did in Katrina and what we would do for various European nations...help them. They arent going to invade, that is ridiculous to even consider and even if some crazy Euro thought ha let us invade how would they do it? EU isnt unified enough to make a decision like that.

Help us is the correct answer.

Destroy China... we should attack right now, they'd never expect it!!!

Well, if you want bigger than Katrina, the answer is still YES YES YES!! They would help. It makes sense... they helped with Katrina, they would help with a bigger disaster.

Yes though obviously not on a same massive level that the US would be capable of (we just got more transports) though given your push for a REALLY BIG DISASTER that seems to involve half the US sinking into the ocean and the other half overrun by giant mutated frog chickens then my guess is no no one would be able to help and best to surrender to the frog chicken mutants.

It's a lot easier to help the US then say... the tsunami devastated areas. The US is a more developed country then the areas hit by the tsunami, and the European nations got help there. I would think that yes, comparatively, it would be logistically pretty easy to send help to the US.

LOL Danzig. Never surrender! Even if they were frog-chicken-spider mutants with nasty big pointy teeth!!!

Unless of course the mutant frog chickens launch a preemptive strike against Europe...

Dont think that europe wouldn't help us, they allready tried:

After Katrina JAPAN, GERMANY, and AFGHANISTAN offered help to the us and it was refused by the government

I'm sure more offered but those are the only ones I know for sure.

Anyone who thinks that Europe is our enemy and is working against us SERIOUSLY has some problems. Paranoid delusions that go up in the air along with what that old guy Novusudo believed.

They would defiantely offer help for something much bigger as well. Katrina should be considered big, if anything bigger happen the US would be in SERIOUS trouble. Onlything bigger I can think of is a MAJOR plague or a nuclear attack.

Seriously, you dont know much about europe at all.

I would like to bring this up. What if, say 20 years from now, America split up into different factions, and civil war erupted. How would Europe react to that?

I'm back.

In 20 years? The Islamic Republic of Europe would praise Allah for the infidels finally being brought to its knees. Seriously a civil war in the US would spread panic thru out the world of that many nuclear weapons being under who knows what control.

Ever heard of the three split theory? The North West under control of the Asians. The South under control of the Hispanics and the East under current US control. It is a possible idea considering the immagrant activity and the political structure being influenced by said peoples.

A BIG anti-immagrant argument. But I am mostly pro-immigration.

Well, there's the Yellowstone supervolcano, and the La Palma island that's supposed to sink and cause a massive tidal wave, just off the top of my head.
I had something witty to say in my head but I forgot it.

Indeed. Many people seem to think that "if you are not with us, you must be against us". Some countries in the EU (specifically France, Germany and Belgium) were against the Iraq war. That doesn't mean the EU and the US are enemies, just because we decided we didn't agree with that war.
I think that after Katrina, even Iran offered help to the US.
Belgium offered help also, and there was a transport plane with specialists was waiting at the airport for about a week I think, before the US government accepted the offered help.
