I attached a file to make all units available from begining. So if you build basic baracks you will be able to build triari.
Upgraded barracks produce more experienced units.

Why?
1) I always finish the game before I even get to build best units. (I expand quickly!)
2) I got tired of fighting with level 1 units against level 1 units entire campaign!
3) I play with huge units and my units never get to golden experience levels. Now they can

Results:
Battles are much more varied and less boring. AI fights with large variety of units.
Elephants are more common. Barbarians are harder opponent.
Less routing due to higher experience of units

Note:
Certain units like catapults are not available from the very begining. (but most are)

Saved game compatible!
You can remove it anytime by restoring original file!

Installation:
Backup the RTW/Data/export_descr_buildings.txt first.
Then copy file from zip into RTW/Data/ directory

Hi, killmore,

Is this file primarily for Terrae or can it be used for other mods/vanilla?

It is for Terrae.
If Terrae did not add/remove any units it will work for vanilla
