ok i take luvavium as Julii, and then the dumb Germans come and attack me with a stack of 600 men including 6 spear warbands and i have about 400 men,

so i sally forth from the besieged city and then they attack me with only 3 phalanxes, so i use fire arrows and flankinf and rout those three

now they attack the weakest part of my line, barb mercenaries, with their remaining men and both my units of barb mercenaries and they break, but my reserve unit of hastati holds out until reinforcements come,

so basically, i had 6 units of infantry at the beginning with 80 men each, at the end, they were all under 30 and that reserves hastati unit, down to 4

When i play as the brutii, my first campaine about 4 years ago, i decided that egypt was not worthy of livving. I take all but two cities, siwa and petra. Now i sige siwa with over 1000 men for four of my gratest generals and they have sige equip, the egyptians have 200 men and i get my ass kicked every time, it reminds me of the movie. Kingdom Of Heaven, I just happen to be saladin.
