Please post any bugs or gamplay you issues you experience.

Known bigs/issues are:
-night fighter trait not working properly
-slight error with gaul strat map captain skin
-seleucid legionaires overpowered
-historical battles featuring scipii, brutii and senate no longer work
-random ctd when exterminating city populations.

Hi Lusted

While making the sprites, I think I stumbled upon a spelling error in descr_model_battle.txt:

type greek_bronxe_shield

Should this not be "greek_bronze_shield" ?

Hello Lusted,
first I wish to thank you for your good mod.
Its fun to play.
The Seleucid Legionaires must be tuned down. The armour is better than the romans.
You have taken out the late legionaires and the seleucid ones are the copy of the late legionaires. They must correspond to the early leg.

Playing as Iberians I was laying siege to the Roman city.
Another Roman army showed up and attacked me. I kill them all and screen showed up "capture,enslave,extermite" after I pressed extermine game CTD

Happened to me twice.

even though rome is unified in this mod, the capital is still arretium - it should now start with roma as the capital, no?

In the faction summary window the senate tab is greyed out, but not the senate offices list. Would it be possible to grey out this button too. This has caused me few CTD's when I clicked on it without thinking what I was doing.

Not without lots of fiddly work that could create other ctds. And yes, roma should be the capital.

Cannae starts with no garrison, at all.
The aforementioned night fighter thing.
CTD caused by clicking the senate offices button.
Traits still refer to senate and citizenry popularity.

All of these are experienced so far playing as Rome.

Yes Lusted, I have also experienced this. It happens only in this exact situation. I was seiging Alexandria, another Egyptian army shows Up. I win. Click 'Exterminate' and bam. CTD. I'm pretty sure it's a problem with MM though.

excImperator, i cannot remove the senate offices tab without fiddling with lots of files, and ill probably mess some up. I tried removing all the popularity ands senate standing traits, but it CTD. Night fighter thing will be fixed. And i've got no clue with the exterminate CTD.

Hmm it may not only apply to exterminate, it may be occupy and enslave too.

heh, is there no way to figure out how to get the night battles to work in 1.1? would like to get in a few night battles in my current campaign before 2.0 comes out

You can change the text on the offices button to something like WARNING DO NOT CLICK, or try that technique the Roma Mod used, IE giving the senate a family member, giving him an office, but no cities, and placing him in hibernia or something.

I've got night battles working, but my trait file has lots of new traits in, otherwise i would send it to you.
Good idea excIimperator, hadn't thought of that. I would do what the roma mod did but i tried and failed, my descr_strat skills are limited.

You will now get the warning: "DO NOT CLICK! IT WILL CRASH! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!" when you place the mouse over the senate office button.

lusted: would it still be possible to send me the relevant files? perhaps i could at least just skim over them and see what you might have done differently from me when i tried to add night battles in.

If anyone playing as the romans gets 50 provinces, PLEASE post here if your game crashes or not. This was experienced by RTR 6 at first due to the lack of a senate.

This should hopefully not be a problem as i have removed the senate COMPLETELY, thanks to patch 1.5 we can now get rid of ti and its relationship to the othe rorman families.
