Here we have a list of known issues, which I will update regularly:

- As we have swapped the faction cultures, many leftovers exist which we need to clean up. Some factions may be speaking the wrong language, for instance; the voicemod was installed to the wrong faciton. This is not a new issue, but documenting each instance would be helpful to us.
- Some units are placeholders, and others will be replaced with more accurate units. When in doubt, assume the unit is a work in progress.
- EB installer currently overwrites preferences.txt - this will be changed in future patches
- EB runs very slowly on many computers. Optimization will commence and is a priority.
- Unit recruitment is supposed to be dependent upon a government building being present. Player may exploit this by building units when a government building is not present.
- A few building icons are not yet complete. Numerous building "constructed images" are not yet complete.
- Building descriptions are in varying states of readiness. Some factions have most all buildings described in a unique way for the faction. Others have almost no new EB building descriptions.
- Some buildings display an incorrect culture (the result of our culture swap).
- Some buildings display incorrect descriptions and names. This is a serious problem that we have both short term plans to fix (using scripting) and long term plans to fix (using RTW 1.5 hopefully).
- Lake Avernus in Kallatis is incorrect. There should be no unique building in this province (Mikra Skythia).
- Many "towns" have incorrect buildings. We are attempting to fix these issues, but often the arrangement of faction owner, faction culture, and faction creator at the start of the game lead to delicate situations.
- The rebel Pantadapoi unit has skin problems with the shield and other elements.
- The Seleukid and Romani banners for empty cities (or for cities hidden by FOW) are currently switched. Fixing this is a high priority for our next patches.
- Some units have not been statted properly, causing them to fight like vanilla units. Some archers have been statted improperly, making them much more lethal than they should be.

Here is a list of current projects, which I will continually update:


- renaming all buildings, hidden resources, and units to be shorter and/or more descriptive
(shorter so that our recruitment strings don't spill over into description text
- updating parts of the map to be more historically accurate
- creating farming income scripts so that income comes mostly in harvest time
- adjusting resource placement
- creating new resource icons
- creating a "crumbling empires" script
- traits and scripts for the insertion of "local" rulers into type4 government cities
- revealing fog of war for known areas if other factions
- Custom battle / MP edu patch, so that factions will have their proper "faction" units only, and an "Eleutheroi" option will be present for regional units
