Campaign map textures

Roma Surrectum uses some really nice-looking textures for its campaign map and i've heard of people modding those textures into other mods, can someone help me with adding those textures into EB?

Try posting this at the .org forums, there is a much larger EB community there.

It's really very simple. If you want the RS textures (which I like too) in your EB game, just copy the RS descr_aerial_map_ground_types.txt into the EB/data folder and then copy the RS data/terrain/aerial_map/ground_types folder into the same folder in the EB mod folder. Of course make backups of the original EB files too.

You know what, I think I tried that, and nothing changed--except for the bright-pink tree models that cropped up here and there. Maybe I somehow got the wrong files--where did you get the RS texture files?

Edit: I put them in the RTW/data and not the EB/data. whoops!

Do all of that and add ../../../../eb/data/terrain/aerial_map/ground_types/ in front of every tga file name in descr_aerial_map_ground_types.txt

Hey since youve already done it, and im extremely lazy, any chance you could toss those files my way? I too loved RS's textures but i got spoiled by EB's government system/depth

I can't because those are RS team files and I don't have their permission to share them but I can tell you what to do
