Moderator Issue (advaice me pls)

Ok one of this days I drop in the workshop mods section to take a look at his Mod thread VLAD TOTAL WAR.(I see he already had one in RTR TWC Forum but I don't go there since GJ can handle him self) Then I see a trilion of double posts and spaming updates. Hmmmmm I think that this dude should has asked me to pinn his topic but he never did it.....so i become suspicious. Then when i read his readmes....I see alot of other peoples work compiled ( at least the ones that he mentions so i make him a reply...tring to be funny :

TWC "Simbiot TTO Police" (loll) droping by......nice mod !....BTW did you get permision from GJ to use his units ?!

no actual response ...then looking closley at his reply...I am struck...hey !!!.... I make new 3 New Spartan units !!! and the Myrmidons for dacia....loll....thats a historycal fantasy in my myrmidon unit relesed to be used not reused. Anyway I wait to see his screenshots ...maybe I'm rung.

then this dude who may be vlad or his best supporter drops me a PM admonestateing me for beeing to rude to his loved moder.

So I PM nipsyr with the same tone......sarcastic.....as he was.... anyway it was a PM. Then he replys.... here is a resumme of his third post.

Burbista’s Actions:
1) As civitate, representative of twcenter Burbista openly questions a Modder of his personal integrity in modders thread. >this should be handled with private PM’s
2) As civitate, representative of twcenter Burbista enters modders thread and tells him how to correctly post. >This is a modder “Vlad” who has posted 50+ posts all regarding his modding activities for twcenter community and its unnecessary and obtrusive.
3) A community member nipsyr, responds to Burbistas actions in private PM and Burbista responds to nipsyr by referring to Vlad as:

I do not know why Burbista has to enter Vlads threads about Vlads mods for the twcenter community and act in such a unprofessinal manner and when confronted about it, Burbista simply refers to me as a "slave". Referring to me as a slave, and Vlad my master is very dissrespectful language of a civitate.

I hope his conduct can be corrected and moderated its very unfriendly and does a disservice to the community spirit I find so nice about twcenter.

Master as in Star Wars...he was not a slave but an aprentice.....He could look in my sig and see I'M a SW fan.

I was steteing “Do you not think I can be more hard on him ?!?” since he was sayng that I was to hard on him ...loll...so I reply that If I really wanted I could have been more hard.

here is my reply to him in my last PM before I even read his PM:

Ohhhh for god sake ...i didn't kill vlad or something....he could reply that he asked GJ for permision of useing RTR nits for his public VTW mod. I never show any bad attitude on the forum...look closley. As for the PM ......you started it. So cut me some slack and let vlad say what it has to say .....jesss.

my own view would be where the hell does nipsyr get off telling a civitate how to behave when his own behavior is way below the line as well.

what you should do is PM a moderator with your complaints, which i see as 3fold

first, use of your material by someone else without permission or even acknowledgement
second insulting commemts from a member when you query the use of your material
third insulting comments from a member who should keep his nose out of other people's business when it does not concern him.

OK...I posted it becouse I belive it should serve others to learn from my experiences bad or good. I will PM now you could send this to the cemetery if it will no use in it.

Here is what I have to say about Vlad's mod:

I am 100% certain that Vlad is useing other peoples units without any mention or request ( I finded my units inside his mod so....my susspicions were verified ). Few pixels additions does not mean it is his unit. (to upload it and say he did it/mod it)

He has 3 days to request all the permissions from the moders whos work he is useing or I will shut him down here at TWC to. Period.

sounds fair...be tough. As long as you post what you have done and why, nobody can scream 'unfair' at you. Even if modders work is free to dl, its still their work and they have a right to be asked/credited if someone wants to use it for their own mod work.
I would suggest raising his warn level at the very least for plaegerism (sp?)

As for the 'slave'...you are a mod and a civitate. he is not, and none of your correspondance with vlad is any of his concern. This is not a democracy. Tell him to butt out or get out. You made the mistake of being too polite to him when you are a person in authority. It shows weakness and he and others will take advantage of it.

BTW ...the pm's were from Vlads acolite...since vlad in fear didn't ever bother to reply even on the topic. Duke John already colsed him at .org but I wanted to give him 3 days to get strait in terms of moding ethiquete and as for getting permissions before "remoding" uints. His ego was so big that for some cool units he forgeted to say that they were remoded and to ask permission for reuse upload. I never seen a moder say no to such a request but in his case ...well...will see.

Edit. What the warn level actualy does ? if I rase him ...

not a lot, but its a reminder that one has at some point overstepped the line. Once a warn level gets too high you can say bye bye. The point seems moot, though, considering what I just read in GD.
