How do you fix the cursor with unbearable noise?

I get a constant hissing, popping, crackling, or what-have-you noise while I move my mouse in zoomed position. Here is my setup:

ETW is v1.5
Realtek HD (latest driver update)

I've tried playing around in-game graphic and sound settings with no change. It's very annoying. Is there any solutions to this sound problem? *fingers crossed*

Problem with your speakers? Tried swapping them out? Or does it affect all speakers/headphones equally? If so I have no idea how to fix it. Good luck.

Does it make the noise when you plug in headphones and listen through them?

Yes, the static noise persists with headphone to a lesser extent. The noise only occurs when you've zoomed into a large formation of units. It's a weird problem. I hope you guys can help me.

Then it has to do with your sound card, either the sound card in itself or the drivers. If its a big problem, you can always buy a new sound card, assuming you have a desktop computer.
