    Default Next after Rome II?

What Total War game you wish they make next after Rome II?

Note: NO NEW ERA, remember they could make "American civil war" expansion for Empire 2 etc.

    Let me begin:
Empire total war and its great expansion, Napoleon TW opened me completly new era, but in that era there happened SO MUCH, that it was impossible to get with mods. That is why i hope they make Total War: Empire 2, to show us rest of it:
    -No bugs
    -Real sized cities!
    -No bugs
    -Plenty of campaign map options
    -No bugs
    -Plenty of new techs
-Realistic battles! Not "one long line, with deep of 1 men...
    Seriouselly, it has SO MUCH, if they make it more realistic, its COMPLETLY different to fight in America, India, Europe, Africa all of them reguire different gaming style;
-In Africa you need to do medical tech upgrades due its tropical enviroment
-In america you need to march your troops trough unkown lands, and ally with natives, or alternately, get ambushed by them
-In europe, you must rely on brute strengh. No sneeking here will ever work!
-In india, you face might of East

That is for the start. If they make it as realistic as possible, its hard to even get your troops to march, due never before seen number of men in army(from beginning of campaign, smaller, and it grows bigger both histroically and trough gameplay), and due poor eguipment most of them had that time. Also beware of rising powers, such as Napoleon (HOPE its made realisticly) and Prussians
Time period from 1618 (30 yers war)-1815, defeat of Napoleon

Also most important thing: Hope its possible to choose from "Historical campaign", in which things happend realisticly, for example when Napoleon becomes general, all factions gain borders they had in that time, no matter of your previous campaigns. This is necessary becouse new factions are born. This is wonderful for me... But becouse many want make their own empire, they should also be able to choose "world conguest campaign"

EDIT: But shortly, it tells story of gundpowder weapons.

Personally I'd like Medieval 3. But 3 sequels in a row? not likely

But really, already a next TW game thread, while Rome 2 won't be out for over a year????????

While I pray for Medieval 3, it has to be great as its predecessor (Graphics, Moddability), but not now, it is still the most moddable and favored game to some, so it should wait

Victoria is too much, unless they make an engine concerning on the amount of factions (Change or revamp the turn system, EX: Making the faction turns go faster with ten times amount of factions)

I think they should do another Empire, a revamp and a better one

We need a new era IMO, as much as I would like to see Medieval 3 Total War.

Ah, medieval 3, the activsion strategy.

Are you people delusional? I even saw some call for Rome 3 RIGHT after Rome 2 is released or after the Next total war game.

And to those that say that CA cannot achieve a victoria or ww1 game:

So what? Because its too hard you don't try at all? Let's hide in our little holes and never come out?

    None of the above.

I'm a Victoria man, through and through. I want to see a campaign lasting from 1835 to 1920.

I'd prefer an Empire 2, starting in the 1700's maybe 1600's, right up until 1914/18, showing the whole foundations of an empire, imperial ambitions, and everyone wanting a piece, along with empires reaching their heights, and huge empires clashing, with all sorts of varied troops from all sorts of colonies, from Asia to Africa, from the Americas to Australia, maybe, being able to fund expeditions to places like Australia, or other unexplored places like the American West, allowing the player to form their own overseas colonies etc.

It doesn't I mean about the period after Rome's fall. With Justinian, Heraclius, Chosroes, maybe Charlemagne, Arab Caliphate.

But about the choices you give, I 'd like a MedIII but earlier starting with the Bulgarians against Byzantines and of course including the crusades. Different campaigns with many years in between them (800, 1000, 1204)

But not Victorian era, nothing too close to our years. No cannons at this extent and people with uniforms.

And a hidden choice: China:Warring States

So most people seriouselly think TW:s already cover all eras, or do they just dislike them?
Honestly, after 100 yers its already hard to recoronise your home town, even pre-classical era. So eras are NOT covered yet.

CA is still using Warscape and people are already whining for Empire 2. Something I'll never understand.

As for me.. I chose Medieval III from the list.

I'd prefer a Late Medieval/Early Modern game focused around the Renaissance, with an enormous map. Something similar to the classic Europa Universalis setting. It was an incredibly eventful time period and often overlooked in games. Finally we'd see some mixed units. Spanish tercios, Polish winged hussars, cossack wagons. What's there not to like?

Hopefully Late Antiquity/Early Medieval will be covered in Rome II's expansion.
