Cheers gentlemen!
Good luck to the BC 3.0 team, and everything looks fan-freakin'-tastic. Congratulations on your first (pre)Preview!
Very nice preview....made with professionalism....as always....in BC stile...
It seems about 3.0 to be a very big patch who bring enormous improvements.
Is more like a new game with the same name.
Good luck guys.I will keep an eye here.
Woo-hoo! The wait was worth it! Fantastic looking maps (I do so love big maps ), can already tell there is a great attention to detail. In chance of a progress/status report on the mod?
I'm surprised by the sheer number of new factions! Will Fars, Mazandaran, and Kerman have different units?
Hell yeah.. and all these new cool factions. looking forward

Great news!
I wonder - the "principality of knyazhestvo" - is Kievan Rus?
Great News!
I look forward to this.
Does this mean that campaign start date has moved from 1174 to 1184?
Minor correction, the Ghaznavids seem to have swapped places with the Ghorids, with both still labelled as the Ghazni on the map.
Slightly disappointed to see the Anatolia's number of regions drop from approx 31 to 20, but I see how the team wanted to increase the map (the fact that the area has so many regions made the battle for Anatolia seem more realistic in BC1/BC2 as opposed to the vanilla game that had only had 6 regions and many other mods not really increasing that number....). However, will the use of stone forts compensate for this reduction?
Just curious, what was the total number of regions in BC1/BC2?
Also, will Cyrenaica & the center of Arabia still be unreachable?

From 1174ish-1220's Yemen was ruled by the Ayyubids. As much as I love Yemen, it doesn't make sense to see it in this game, atleast not at 1184. If the game starts in 1229 then it would be sensable to say the Resulids are in power with the start of al-Mansur Umar in power. Unless Yemen starts out as a vassal of the Ayyubids, and an event causes them to break from them. That is forseeable. Another pssibility could be the Rassids, who held a small region in the mountains since the middle of the 900's, but they were politically weak and went through phases of not even having an Imam ruler. (Although at the start of the game, I believe they do)

Good to see the banners of Broken Crescent will continue to fly, well done guys!
Looking forward for more
Good luck with mod
The BC3 will most likely start in 1174y (the same year that BC2 started). We were and are aware that in this year Ayyubids conquered Yemen and this is why we moved Ayyubids boarders as far as to Yemens neighbourhood. We will give strong armies for Ayyubids on the Yemens boarder so it would picture the Ayyubid's preparation to invade Yemen. But we want to give Yemen the chance to defend themselves as well
AWSOME EPIC news for me keep on moding guys. We are waiting ss, models and preview
