I also completed the Brutii campaign first.
But did it again with the Greek Cities, which was quite a challenge :p

Well if you dont count the fact that you technically have to play one of the Roman factions to unlock others if you dont mod the descr_strat , my first other campaign was with Armenia.

Greeks.
I unlocked them first with Scipii but the first Campaign I completed I played as Greece. The hoplite phalanx death machine along with the wealthy provinces made conquering a bit too easy though. If Egypt didn't put up a fight I'd have quit due to boredom. |

I love Greeks
If it's too easy, turn the difficulty up Greeks are quite hard on that setting. Macedonians > Brutii > Greeks |

I played my first campaign with the Julii, but never finished it. I don't know why. So then I did a Brutii campaign that I did finish, and I remember that to be the most satisfing campaign ever, probobly because it was the first one that I finished in any TW game. The Julii was my first ever TW campaign.

Julli; I liked their description the best. Played vanilla RTW for years, unpatched too. Just recently within this last year I've been playing RTR. Great mod.

First Roman Faction: Julii
First Non-Roman Faction: The Greek Cities
In this day and age, there are two kinds of people: people with sticks, and people with bigger sticks.

First faction I completed a faction with was the Julii, conquered the entire map with them in one of my later campaigns, my first faction I played with though was the Brutii which I didn't complete because I foolishly accidentaly deleted it. I would like the Parthians in Rome, but the colour arrrgh and the costums as well, not at all close to reality, but I like their starting position. Thank God for EB. |

I could have finished with Parthia, but my game file "disappeared" one day.
Thus, my answer would have to be Egypt. I like any factions that are strong in cavalry(including chariots) and archers. |
