The traffic signs are european, the house on the right looks very german. So, I'd say, southern Germany, a WWII cemetery. And making a wild guess, the building in the background is a sawmill or an indoor riding hall. But it doesn't help my search.

It is in Europe, but not in Germany. It's also a WWII related site, though not a cemetery. The shape of the building in the background is quite irrelevant to its current function, which is in fact relevant.The traffic signs are european, the house on the right looks very german.
