if you say that you know how to fix it than what would reinstalling the game do to solve the issue? I can copy my vanilla files again into a new directory(like I do for every non mod foldered mod) and than overwrite the mod, than sprites than hot fix files over it, but it would be the same...
however, maybe you can explain to me in detail how to solve the issue so I can try to do it myself and see if it works. I just gotta say that I have absolutely no clue about modding so I'll need a step by step walk through for it... |

That error mean you have two rm_jerusalem_horse, so remove the clone that you just made and im a bit confused that you run with bi splash instead of rm2. Could you please give me the shortcut target that you use to run rm2.

my Rome Medieval folder contains all the files from my original installation other than the BI library. I have the gold edition so I can't exclude it altogether... |

Download the game from here, it's everything there. I have used that link some days ago, cause I had to reinstall it and it works fine to me now... So, tell us if you continue with your problems after that.
