Building Upgrades

I have noticed that when you upgrade Polish City Barracks to the highest level you actually decrease the maximum availible units in the recruitment pool which is a handicap to the player and AI when you need to create mass units quickly because Venice betrayed you.

Also, if the unit pools who replenish and be larger to begin with that would be awesome.

Well, occasionally you can build less units in general after a barrack upgrade (happens actually only with Poland and one or two other factions), but it is because many weak units become very rare after an upgrade.
This is an important part of the AI army balance which forces them to produce better units....
However, I think I'll make some small changes to this factions so that the amount of recruitable units won't be reduced in general.

Some eltie units are taking a recruiting pool hit as well King King, which is my main concern.
