    I am a compleete nobody in moding, and therefore i need a walktrough in simple baby talk in how to download and install this mod to my Medieval 2:

    Uhhhh...click on either the USA mirror or UK mirror and than follow the instructions. Download the file to your Medieval 2 Total War folder and follow the readme that hopefully came with it.

    There's no instructions at all ^^
    You need to create entirely the entry in the modeldb file...
    But I have not tested it...

    Yup, there is an FAQ around somewhere explaining how to edit modeldb...
    Oh yeah now i remember: you get the 'formatted' modeldb from downloads somewhere here in TWC, then open it with notepad and add the identifying lines for your new unit. Could someone elaborate further for Eirmar (and myself )?
