Instructions on Installing Rise of Persia on Steam

Plus, will I be able to install it while I have another mod called Fourth Age Total War-Dominion of Men, which is a modification of Rome Total War Barbarian Invasion?

You have to downgrade your Rome .exe to 1.5. Steam's .exe is 1.5.1 and ROP needs 1.5 to work. There is a video out there that contains a link to the downgraded version with installation and all that.

This doesn't sound right at all. Anyone telling you to "downgrade" or is telling you to download some other type of .exe is probably being malicious. Rise of Persia works perfectly fine for the steam version and doesn't require such a method at all.
