I can back up my opinion with fact, I'm not belitting any race of people I'm belitting their nation for (imo) contributing nothing positive to the world in fields of importance like science, technology, government, etc.

Palestinians are semitic, I am also semitic, so therefor its not a racist comment. I was hoping somebody could show me how wrong I was with facts but instead I get warned for not being P.C. enough.

The question remains, have palestinians contributed ANYTHING to the world in the ways of science or technology since world war I?

I'm taking RZZZA's arguments under consideration. I understand where Manji is coming from, but I also understand where RZZZA is coming from. Given RZZZA's probationary status and the consequences of this warning, I don't think this can be scrutinized too closely.

I have been unable to find any previous racist comments in RZZZA's unexpired record. Standard policy is to award cautions for first-time offenses. As such, the warning has been downgraded to a caution. I should point out that any future racist comments in the next 3 months will be awarded with a warning instead.

Well, since cautions dont affect you in anyway, I guess I shouldn't really press my luck. I'm not greedy, I'm happy with it just being a caution, I guess.

I'll add my two penneth in here. I also saw the report and sent Rzzza a PM indicating that he might well be warned. I happen to agree with the moderator who wanred him. However, it is clear that Rzzza's statement was taken the wrongway by me and I can understand that maybe a caution is adequate, given that.

Yep...just to add, the post I made was directly after and in response to the video that sombody posted of Hamas sponsored telivision where 8 or 9 year old children profess to want to be martyred by killing jews just like their mom was.

Using 8 year olds as soldiers? Thats pathetic...looking back on it now, I of course should have phrased it differently instead of making it seem like every palestinian was pathetic no matter how hard they tried to live decently.

Live and learn, which is why we almost always hand out cautions for a one-time offense. Now you know, which means that the next one will result in a hideous 2-point warning handed down by Manji that will result in a permanent black mark on your record that not even the Tribunal will touch...but I doubt it'll come to that

I'll say remove the caution, he has shown that he understood, there is no need for it anymore.
