Sorry but what are MICs?
No. The only thing you need to destroy when conquering an enemy town is the governement (which should be damaged to 99% anyway). However most factional MICs can be used only be a couple of factions (i.e. the Seleucids and Ptolemies can use each others faction MICs but nobody else can nor can they use the faction MICs of others) and regional MICs are restricted to one culture, so often it's a good idea to tear them down anyway since they don't do anything useful.
So I have got a family member and a mercenary general who both
have received the "Intrigued by Kataphraktoi" trait but no reforms are showing
up, is there something I missed?

Search your cities. A reform marker may have been placed (in a select few cities, like Seleukeia). If so, you may have to upgrade your MICs in those towns to get the catas.
It will also take a few years for your general to actually implement the reforms after he becomes intrigued by them.
The problem was that he didn't end turn with both generals in a city.
-Upgrade Armavir to a Large Town
-Build in Armavir a (market), (roads), (town_garrison)(L1 law), and (sanitize)(L1 health).
= (Homeland resource will appear in Armavir)
I already have those in Armavir but still no Homeland resource showing up? Am I missing something?
What are those mercenary generals? Those that recruitable in MIC's lvl 5? Like Eastern generals? They will have traits too like client rulers?
EDIT: Sorry, I forgot to edit the first post.

The Homeland resource marker will appear at the bottom of the buildings list, it will not replace the marker the town starts with.
Mercenary generals are exactly like family members except they are not on the family tree and cannot be faction leader or faction heir. Other than that, they are exactly the same as any other named character.
What disadvantage if I didn't make the pan-caucasus reform?
I know I will not be able to recruite new units especially elite ones, but the buildings are still the same?
You won't be able to upgrade your MICs and get good units, you won't be able to reach the highest levels of most building tiers, and you won't be able to expand well.
Hello,
I had activate the background script everytime when I loaded my savegame with the Romani. But I didn't know to need hold the cursor on a settlement. So, can I revise this problem, if I do the correct steps next time, when I load the savegame, or not ?
Thank you in anticipation for answers.
All you have to do is activate the script every time you start a new game or load a saved game. Clicking on a settlement is simply the easiest way to get the advisor to pop up. If you activated the script ever time, no matter the details, you should be fine.
If you have played the game several turns without the script on, there could be problems. If you only missed a couple turns, you shouldn't see any problems, but if you played a couple years without the script, you could encounter weird things or dates/events that are incorrect.
ok I went through around a hundred turns of a campaign before I figured out about the scripts. Is the campaign completely thrown out of whack and should I start over?
If you play a few turns without the script you'll be fine. But in your case, I'd recommend starting again after going so many turns without it.
I am playing a saka campaign and I was wondering if I will ever get past "Becoming Indo-Saka" or is the becoming stage was the final phase in the reform?
