Launcher

I installed 3.0 and the 3.1 patch, but I can't find the launcher. Where is it?

Start > My Computer > Local Disk > Program Files > Sega > Medieval II Total War

It will say Stainless Steel launcher I believe. You could always copy the shortcut to the desktop also.

Its definitely not there, It appears that I am also missing a .cfg.

Oh. I think I know. Did you install to the default place? Because I did that and it makes a new folder and doesn't work. Reinstall but change so it installs to the Sega > Medieval 2 folder.

If you did install to Medieval 2 first time, then I don't know :S

Its installed correctly, just no launcher and cfg.

Strange. Well only thing I can suggest (unless King Kong has a solution) is to redownload and reinstall.
