and u can run with 13k men smoothly?? so im guessing u turned off AA + a lot of other stuff right? or are you running on highest settings? your pc is a medium gaming pc. so if it could run on highest then theres no point in me buying a 8800gt for now lol xd.

^^^ I'd like to hear how the hell that works too.

I'm running a dual core Pentium at 3 Ghz each, 2 GB of raw RAM and a Geforce 8500GT 512MB PCI, yet I can only run medium settings at large scales, which will lag when 2 full stacks or more are in the field.

Well 8500GT isn't much better than a 6600, you should buy a better card if you play games like M2TW.

But midnites rig can't possibly run those numbers with high settings. Even with the lowest sm2.0 settings it would lag like hell. The game makes the screenshots with highest detail, so it looks much better than the real thing.

Personally I have a AMD64 3000+(@2200), 2GB RAM, X1950pro512, and the game is still only barely playable with high settings with two stacks.

You were largely ripped off. It helps if you actually check the average price of your hardware before boasting about it

Ah well, a graphics card that can run Call of Duty 4 at high settings isn't so bad.

Not to mention it beats my old X1650 AGP card.

i feel for ya lol xd. but even though my pc is a lot worse being the pos it is (amd 3200, 1 gig ddr am, x300 se) i can play with 6 k men without much lag. i play on large and have aa turned off, resolution at 1024x768, af at zero, textures on high, pretty much everything set to low except for textures.

i need about a grand here in aus to buy a decent pc capable of running mtw2 on highest settings with about 13 k men. i need a job =/
