Thought i'd share this. I got a new "Super-Powered" graphics card today, and this is the result
It looked about 10x better in the actual game, especially with Bose headphones for immersion.
My roommate came in and I think she was very confused at how intently I was staring at my PC.
    Hardcore.

p.s - guy on bottom left is superimposed into the battle, but you can probably tell that.
There were also over 10000 soldiers in this battle.

Unfortunately when you're a teenager who spends his entire day at school it can be rather difficult to pour all of my theoretical money into a new computer. That, and a new graphics card was not on the top of my list, but i'm glad you felt the need to inject this thread with much needed cynicism, fella.

I'd give him -rep if I was able to.

Perhaps I should try higher settings as well... though my own submod which makes units bigger would cause a few problems. My computer lags even on lower settings if there are more than ~6,000 soldiers on the field.

Btw I'm wondering why people are so... should I say ineager to +rep people for their attempts in this thread...?

A Lion serves in Winter, then perhaps a Unicorn for the Spring.

Silhouette, feel free to post more. That's what this thread is for. If you're worried about spamming the thread, just put the pics in spoiler tags

I use ImageShack all the time. You just have to make sure you post the correct URL into the post as they give you several to choose from. It should also be giving you one with image tags already around it that work fine with this forum

I use imageshack and the second link from the top, after you click on your image, is the one that works for me.

I just click on insert image, paste the url, and it's done!

If you're using imageshack you can just do this.
    1) Go to http://imageshack.us/
    2) Click "Browse" and find the photo you want.
    3) Click the blue "Upload now" button.
    4) After you've done this click the photo after it loads, and view it.
    5) Click properties and copy the URL
    6) Come on TWcenter, click the [Img] button, after making sure it's an "Advanced" message.
    6) Insert URL
    7) Resize and move around as you please
    8) Done!

It can be a lot more simple, but this is to make sure it's absolutely clear how to do it

Here is one of the two battles I fought yesterday...
    SS 6.1 VH/VH + a few submods.
They're attached because I'm using the biggest resolution on the battle map >> they're too big to post normally. And I'm too lazy to resize.
None of them is edited. Feel free to comment!
I'm very sorry they're so slow to view. But hopefully they're worth it.

Here's some shots from my Norwegian campaign on 6.1, H/VH. My image converter is weird and so everything is backwards... hope it's not much of an issue.

Presenting: The Saxons... on Crusade! (dialogue comments don't have anything to do with pics...)

A blood-thirsty norse bastard, an opportunistic french-speaking norse bastard, or the King? I think by the laws of fealty there is only one option available.. - sirfiggin

Now that's a shieldwall that would make King Harold proud...and possibly not as dead

I know, gotta love the mass of dead in front! I love the merc Huscarls, although for an elite unit with chainmail, their defense is a bit low...
