I'm not sure if that was in vanilla Rome. I know some people have made some nice custom battle Thermopylae maps, try searching for it. I'm not sure where you can find them, though... sorry I'm not much help.

I don't think this was either in Vanilla, obviously they use RTW as base for the documentary, maybe they did a own version

I don't want a freaking bridge I want an actual mountain pass i am building my own 300 map but persians wont go through just around it any tips (yes I built HUGE walls they still climb it

I made one similar to the one above, but the persians keep running/strafing over the mountains.. It's NOT cool to see a bunch of persians vertically walk over mountains and attack you from behind.

There must be a way to make sure they can't walk over the mountains, right?
