    Default Infantry Generals?

    I'm curious what thoughts you guys have about the possibility of having some factions with both cavalry generals and a less expensive infantry general unit. And if you like the idea, what factions would it work for?

    Barbarians put more effort into having cavalry, especially the Nobles, so generals would have to be on horseback. Actually, in the Roman Republic, it was said that the general was called Magister Peditum, or Imperator (a man with Imperium), and he was not allowed to go on horseback, to humble him. Therefore, his second in command, Magister Equitum, would control the horses.
