about KOJ, I saw they have 1 archer unit and 1 Xbow...I think they need more archer units.

Crossbows, yes. As for regular bows, nothing I've really read has mentioned the regular bow (Whether composite, long, or 'crappy' one) being used in large or even medium numbers amongst the crusaders. The Crossbow however is mentioned very often. The Longbow unit (-no- armor piercing.) fulfills that purpose along with AOR archers, and maybe they can get a turcopile dismounted archer. But regular archery really needs to be the strength of the Muslims, with the charge, abundance of crossbows, and 'across the board' strength of the KoJ infantry (At least my opinion is that the KoJ's infantry are all good, while for example the Abbasids or Rajputs have a balance of poor infantry with good ones.

I think we might see some neat Italian Militia Crossbowmen for the KoJ in the future.

so make a better variety of Xbows...just 1 unit can be bit annoying...they should get more cheaper ones if the player dont have enough money to recruit better ones.

I think I'm gonna keep the Nubian archers poweful and a forte of the Abbasids and Egypt. KoJ forte is obviously heavy inf, spears and of course the legendary templars. Giving them another powerful longbow is just overkill.

BTW there are already two crossbows units.

Levy crossbows (thse are really the italian militia that ahiga speaks of)
Jerusalem crossbows
Templar crossbows
Longbows
