I always put generals in settlement, cuz it increases public order and income (and if he's good it increase by ALOT)
but after few turns those generals get 10% penaly...another 10%...at some point they get 30%,which comes to 50% a slowly it goes to 60%...60 was the highest penalty I got...
if it would happen with one or two generals I would understand, but come one, half of all my general? dont u think u gone to far?
Even my faction leader got the title "tyrant", and the only thing he did was sit in his city of toledo...

What are your tax policies? I think if you have very high tax you get greed penalties and for low you get 'bad bureacrat' sort of qualities--at least increase the odds. However, its a well known issue with mtw2 that governers corrupt way too easy and the 1.2 patch (not yet offically released) is supposed to fix the issue on the mostly negative trait problems. Certain buildings could also cause problems (like how brothels hurt your generals). So i dunno, just keep em out of cities

yes I have some cities with very high cuz I can allow that...
I think this tax panelty is SHEET..they should completly erase this annoying trait. (grrrr)
is there anyway I can delete them myself?

RTJ doesn't handle this factor as it is, RTJ uses Bloods, Broads, and Bastards I believe, which handles all the traits.

I cant manually erese all the traits I dont want?
