I started a campain with scots, and have a really good time with this mod, everything was ok, I invaded England and won 4-5 battles or sieges... then suddenly my king (he was a great king with everything from medium to high, and a lot of good traits) get the "Inspire civil war" trait, and ALL my best generals (4 of them, even some with high loyalty) get the "rebel" trait.

what I'm I supposed to do?

The rebels generals can't almost move and i've no way to kill them (no assassin), and their sons will be rebel too then what? kill the king, and what else? lead an orde without generals?

It's a shame this is a really god mod, but it's ruined by this "rebel attitude".
