Alright. Yeah you are right about it might suit with more armenian names rather then geographical names, but still as its Armenian kingdom of Cilicia it may not be so bad to name it cilician spearmen after all. Thats up to you guys to discuss

What about changing the colour and the look of the unit in that way, maybe give it an orthodox cross somewhere? Or something like that to characterize it as armenian. Thats also up to you guys

There won't be any changes to the Turkopole Skin itself, it's one that's shared between Armenia and the KoJ and as they represent Christianized turks of both Christian groupings.
