Question
I have a question to make.I have modified the export descr buildings and i have changed the weapon bonuses so as every army to be fully trained.what i mean is that every best trained armies have in their unit cards 3 gold arrows a golden sword and a golden shield.these things mean that the units are perfect.but they can gain these things only by fighting endlessly.what i must do in order to have every armies perfect trained from the beggining?

Just edit the barracks so they give 9 experience to units trained, that will do the trick.
Beware that balance will go out of the window however...

you have to edit export_descr_buildings.txt in the data dir, find where it says recruit "unit" and change the number that comes after to 9.

That would certainly make the battles interesting! perfect soldiers in every army! lol, Zarax is correct that is where the change must be done.
