highlander swordsmen

im making a new unit for my medieval 2, the highlander swordsmen.
i am making a new model for them using the nubian merc model... but i have a problem...




those nubian merc have short hair and i wanted to make them with ling hair like the highlanders.
does someone know how to make 'different heads' for the models?

We cannot edit models at this point so we can't change that sort of things.

Maybe you should use the Galloglaich (sp?) merc's as a base for your skin instead? Or if it's a 1H swordsman you're looking foor -- check some of the Danish units for a better fit.

yes a know, ive tried, but they lookd almost like dismounted knights...
galloglaich is a two handed soldier and the numidian mercenary have a shield, a sword and less clothes thar ordinary soldiers so i used it to make the highlanders.
