Sorry what do mean by weighed? Do you mean:

1) difficult to win or
2) needs a fast computer?

If you mean 1), Roma Surrectum is designed to be challenging - once we've got everything right!

If you mean 2), it shouldn't need as fast a computer as SPQR as most of the skins other than the Romans use 256x256 pixel textures (SPQR uses a lot of 512x512 pixel textures).
