Getting Started: Overview and Background

Here's just a quick overview of where we are presently:

Proposal: To start a symposium on modification leadership, where mod leaders can come and discuss the various matters on what/how/why they lead their mod teams through a variety of mediums (posts, article, voice conference, etc.)

What do we gain?
Potentially, what is hoped for is that:

• This conference/seminar will help extend and develop mod leader's knowledge and stimulate discussion on new, more efficient procedures
  • Possible discussion topics (as outlined by Prof):

  • Recruitment
