Icon13 slow unit movement on battlefield?? what gives?

Hi guys I'm not sure if it's my system or the mod but when I play this mod and have my units charge it looks like they are running in slow motion. I'm not sure what it is. The cavalry charges very slow and so does spearmen. But in regular vanilla the cavalry charges very hard and everything runs fast. Is there something I should be tweaking in the settings so that units move fast?? Thx.

If it was your PC, everything would be running slowly, it may be that RTJ lowers the unit speeds on the battlefield (Darth) Rammstein will know for sure.

sky mods+textures and other darthmod changed may cause lag that slows your game :\, try lowering the settings and see if speed picks up
