batch files?

Hi,
I've been looking at your mod & it seems to be really good. Problem is, i can't seem to get batch files to work meaning that i'm unable to launch the mod. Every time i click on a batch file it just says that another program is using the file. Previously i used the medmanager to get round this but that doesn't work with this mod.I've unistalled/reinstalled a couple of times but to no avail. Any ideas as i'm very keen to play this!!

"Another program is using the file" or "Medieval II is already running"?
The first smells like a nice trojan virus, the second just close the other session of MTW2

Thanks for the reply.
I can't see how it would already be running & i'd be surprised if it was a virus as that computer isn't connected to the internet, it used to be, so maybe it's retaining something. I'll try doing a virus check then.
