Firstly, you are missing the map_climate file I'm sure it just slipped your mind. I'm editing it to load, so if I get it working, I'll upload it.
EDIT: Also, in your imperial_campaign_regions_and_settlement_names, you need _Province after the first Ithilien and Rhun Camp entries, or next to the appropriate region
You are also missing an entry for the settlement Minas Morgul in this file

Ok, I was able to get it to the point where the only error is the unspecified CTD. Well, I'll upload my progress. Perhaps Tsar will take a look at it and fix the mistakes Any trick to uploading .rar files? It tells me the attachment is an invalid file...And I believe it is over the limit of 1 mb.
