    Default Mailed knights

    Is their any way of getting the vinilla textures for the mailed knights back? cos i think the painted helms are very very bad

    vinilla are alot better? and it is stopping me from playing this mod.lol.

    um may be where is the EDB file? is it a folder or a text file.
    i think i have found it. is thi9s the line?

    fair point, but, the mailed knights are the main battle cav for a long time. and the thought of having them in my army takes away the sense of realism.how ever i might start a new game as the Byzantines,maybe.

    Do i just deleat the mailed Knights in the edb or do i cut and paste the fudal knifgts ov the mailed knights entry.

    Well, since the files in M2TW are packed, i don't believe you can replace it, it may be possible to move the texture file away from the folder and see if that works. Otherwise, move feudal knight up one in the EDB file and use those instead, that is all i can think of.

    you will have to copy with the extractor the texture file from the old mailed knights and than change the name like "_1" now you have to replace in the model DB all information with burreks skin mailed knights with yours "_1".
    dosent sounds so easy does it^^

    Even I do not find those new mailed knights beautiful, I cannot understand how you can quit this mod for a single unit, regardless of the whole mod quality

    Thats the right file, it will not change the textures i was suggesting that you use feudal knights instead of mailed knights until a solution is found.
