    What new factions are in this mod? are the Irish in?

    3.0 will include a Lithuanian faction but we haven't thought anything about the Irish yet. I don't even know if they were independent at the time.

    they were independant for a short period of time during the rennaisance btu had not impact.

    Currently 2.75 version has the teutonic order faction, and from the beginning the timurids and mongols are in and fully playable... somewhat can be considered new since in most mods they aren't playable.

    We aren't going to wait for them, and I don't think that any mod can be considered "official".

    I am doing everything regarding Lithuania, skins, banners, units, etc.

    We are doing our own Lithuanian faction.

    RTR Fan since doing your doing all the Lithuanian units so are they like the poles and hows your progress have you done all the infantry?

    Will more units for, say, the mongols and Timurs, going to be included? Such as more gunpowder type infantry?

    They will have many Polish units, recolored to the Lithuanian colour. They will also have some other units. Progress is going quite good, but there is an issue with the Teutonic Order faction...

    Will more units for, say, the mongols and Timurs, going to be included? Such as more gunpowder type infantry?
    No, not for 3.0 at least... There is a possibility that the Turks will get Camel Gunners and Camel Archers...

    Interesting, will you be going on 100% accuracy, or adding in some "what if", things, as with mongols, you don't really hear about them having gunnary and the like, but, I guess it'd be possible for them to have it?

    We won't be doing 100% accuracy, lots of accuracy kills gameplay, and we don't want to make a mod which kills the gameplay.

    Since the game is about recreating history, not redoing history, I think that it would be good to implement "what if" stuff. However, I cannot take such a decision myself, the team needs to discuss and vote upon it.

    Personally, I wouldn't really like Mongols with guns at the time, as we cannot edit models, and giving them gunners with the Arquebusiers look would be horrible. Howver, we could give them a unit similar to Cossacks, but I will see... As to if it is possible, yes, it is.

    Also, we cannot use the Teutonic Order anymore, Switzerland will take its place, so we will have 2 new factions, Switzerland and Lithuania!
