I've just instaled this game, however, I'm not able to play it because after the intro. videos it always crashes and the message 'Failed to creat a graphics device. Exiting.' comes up. Does anyone know what I can do about this?

Reinstall, maybe set monitor color depth to 16 bit...

Start by telling your PC specs, might be the infamous pixel shader 2.0..
