after adding some regions ,my armies cant go out of the city?

Hi , that is the problem - just have added 3 new provincies and after some little problems , I have put some armies in the cities and now cant make them out of the cities - There is a dark area around like there is a enemy unit and you cant go through.
I checked there cant be seen any armys around and there is no another mentioning of the cities in descr_strat ( I didnt left them as a slave at the same time ) .

Any ideas ? I made '' Toggle_FOW'' but dont see any armies except this that I put there ....???

Actualy these are old provincies - where I have this situation , not the new ones .

EDIT: I found the problem - it seems that have been left some slave armies in these cities ( in descr_strat.txt ), even when I cant see them or fight with them .
I tried to check before and for some reason it didnt show me using the coordinates these armies before ( in the same file ).

I hope at least these will help somebody else too .
