Problem with new RTW Troy mod

i have many different RTW folders for differnet mod and everyone of them works(except from the fact that in every mod i cannot see videos for example the introduction video for every faction).Anyway i made an unmodded file(i think it is unmoddes i don't know if this problem i mentioned is important)and everything was good when i tryed to play the game but it didn't work and when i cklick the BI icon to play Troy new mod a window comes up(its name is activemovie window)and it is dark.i close this window and when i try to play again the game the same window comes up.So what is the problem help.Also if you can,help me with this problem with the movies.

I have no idea what this problem is, but i do know how to fix it because it is most definately to do with your personal RTW setup.

Have a freash clean BI 1.6 installed like it says in the installation instructions. Support cannot extend to everybodys personal modded setups as i'm sure you can understand.
