Is this because I'm playing VH?

Hi Lusted,

Currently playing Sicily on VH/VH - great game - I've noticed that after over 200 turns Rhodes and Irakilon (sp?) are still Rebel, both with at least 20 units of Rebels guarding them.

In most games I play - usually H/VH - they are long since taken by Byzanz or Venice.

Is this because I'm playing VH campaign?

No I had in my campaign with France Brudges not taken by anyone and they had a full stack army in it this sometimes happens and I have also seen Milan taking Zaragosa and 2 turns after turned rebel with a full stack army in the city and it took 10 turns to Milan to take it back from the Rebels and the rebels reppeled 2 full stack army`s from Milan. But they finally took it
