Halberd militia HRE not working 1.8

Sorry if this has been dealt with before but I have been searching through the posts and haven't found any answer to the problem.

Has nobody encountered problems with halberd militia with the HRE?

What exactly do you mean, not working?

As far as I can tell they seem to get stuck, I mean, the animations don't work, they don't move and sometimes they even disapear.

This happens both in custom battle and in the campain...

At least with HRE

I have also tried other factions and thay have the same problem

I believe your install is corrupt.

Did you install any other mods before this, for example the 2-handed fix?

Try reinstalling MTW2.
