Well I broke the power of the Dukes with Alexios my first Emperor, since then none have been able to muster more than 5% of my strength(which doesn't count retinues afaik). I've also destroyed lots of Duchies and made no extra kingdoms to ensure I wont have Despots rebelling all the ing time.

Tough business, especially when Europeans keep landing my coasts since I have declared war on Portugal for Macao, and everyone joined the party except Russia (phew) and Prussia. My armies are all deployed on the coastal areas, with an exception of 2-3 'corps' to watch Kashmir.

My newly constructed railways have proved worth their cost. I can march on of my huge armies to Kashmir and kick out some British armies, and within months the same army is back defending Beijing and Hong-Kong.

By the way, is there a way to annex Tibet? Before westernising, they were my allies (and I dissolved it). When I westernised, they became my satellite, so now I am unable to declare war upon them. What should I do?

This is one of the most insanely stupid 'feature' by Paradox. Even in EU3 we are able to grant independence to vassals.

It seems the game can handle that much men, since it is clearly heavy overpopulation considering the game's mechanics are based on 19th-20th centuries.

Your population is still increasing though so that's not too big a problem.
You think that's bad? I had a game where i decided to look at the culture mapmode and found a 90% chinese argentina (the least chinese of all south american nations), and 20% chinese in france too. rest of europe wasn't far behind. except you know, russia.

Partially correct, I disbanded them all in a hope to let Jacobin rebels show up with confidence.

Because if you keep a large amount of troops, rebel factions don't flare up until they have decided that it is the time. Without any army, they attack relentlessly.

Besides, it was a huge number of irregulars anyway.

My 70,000 Cataphract retinue is having trouble running here and there to quell rebellions. Most of them are on the front against HRE (now at war with me) although I can simply raise my 400,000 levy and crush them to death.

The real problem is assembling an army that large into a few points.

EDIT: Most places are really undeveloped. Once my empire gets some buildings, levy count will go double!

WWI mod for TFH expansion. As you can see in the images below I'm taking fairly huge losses. I take roughly 2-3 times the casualties whenever If the British actually deployed a BEF to Belgium I think I might have actually gotten bogged down.

Naval Action in the Channel, I was honestly surprised this turned out so well, I was outnumbered 16-54. The AI must have done huge amounts of FF. Also note the Russian BB, that was the third pride of the fleet I sunk.

14th August 1914, huge Russian losses. I have no idea what happened there. I'm actually barely winning on that flank because I have so few units, only 3 corps.

Some problems I have noted is the AIs build priorities, I just checked the French Ai and it's only building 2 BBs and Chemical Weapons Plant. This is using about 30 of their 140~ IC while the rest is being spent on upgrades and CG IIRC. They really need about 3 more corps for this to be fun, I've already broken though in the south and there nothing to stop me blitzing though.
