Current Project Status

Here's what going on - what's been done and what hasn't, and what's to come.

Please, if you've done any work for the project, such as translated a document, send me a PM and show me so I know how far we've come.

If you can help with any of the below, please tell me so in this thread or via PM.

Overall Status

Totally screwed. We're making no progress at all, and haven't in the last few years. Work on EB2 has begun, and they have what it takes to get this ball rolling again...
The English, untranslated MSD's are almost finished, but the non-English ones aren't. The ones that are finished can currently be found here.

Specific Status

Beiss:
Helping people who misread the installation instructions.
Working on a FAQ and fixing minor bugs.
Making tools that will help making Xenophonia (or other voice mods) an easier task.
Should work more actively with finding translators, but doesn't have time.

MSD Progress:
Paolo Polintan (Han Summer) has been working day and night making these little bastards, and has finally finished. We still need people to make the non-English ones for us!

Faction/People-wise progress:

the Aztecs: Apparently, the only people who know this language don't want to help us because of their 500 year old wounds that are still wide open and bleeding. Which is too bad. We could get Mayan instead, but that would be wrong.
the Almohads/Moors: Translation is just about done! Unfortunately, I think I can now count 12 people offering their help with voice acting, who I sent instructions, and who never replied again, even after I asked them to. Only one person has sent me any samples so far, but then he disappeared.
the Byzantines: Translator found and working.
Denmark: We're decided on a language, and translation is finally under way.
Egypt: same as the Almohads.
England: Found a translator, should be done soon, I think?
France: Found a translator, awaiting translated documents.
the HRE: Translation is under way. We have at least one, maybe two, competent translators and translation should go smoothly.
Hungary: Found a translator, awaiting translated documents.
Milan: ???
the Mongols: We have a small number of words, nothing more.
the Papal States: ???
Poland: Historical sources are lacking.
Portugal: Translation is progressing slowly.
Russia: Same as Poland.
Scotland: We have translator, I think...
Sicily: Translator is gone...
Spain: Waiting for translator to reply.
the Timurids: No language decided
the Turks: Waiting for translator to reply.
Venice: ???
