Submod - Recruit older units (For TVB 3.7)

Greetings,

I have edited export_descr_buildings so that factions will be able to recruit their older units after upgrading their military buildings, which they cannot do in TVB.
For example, with this submod you can still recruit peasant archers from a max level archery range.
It was made on TVB 3.7.

Please let me know if I missed any units.

Edit: I forgot to tell you where to drop the attached file:
You need to drop the attachment into your mods/totalvanillab/data folder. You can find it in your M2TW install destination.
Make sure to place it in the mods/totalvanillab data folder and not your base game data folder.
