How to Script

Are there any resources for scripting in MTW? Can you even write scripts for MTW mods, the same way you can for later TW titles? I'm having a hard time finding even basic information on such things.

On general terms…

MTW has a different engine and does not afford ”scripting” in the way some other games like RTW and M2TW afforded. What is possible here - is to edit, alter and change existing parameters within the game, this in some 10-15 files (depending on how you count). Many of these are found within the “loc”-folder – but not all… Regardless, proper formatting is key for anything to work (at all), and this is also where most folks usually screw up...
