Welcome!
The purpose of this mini-mod is to improve some factions as closely historical as possible in appearances, unit stats, and some scripts. But also prioritize on gameplay.
It was used for my personal use but somehow i think it's quite waste if i didn't share it.
It's start as a simply retexturing units without touching anything on unit stats or recruitment system. But then i go further to that.
I mainly do eastern factions because somehow those area need a little bit spotlight.

For units, there's some completely new, rework from previous, and removed

NOTE: Some models below is a temporary placement which may be improved later
Installations
1- Have a clean latest SSHIP (March Version)
2- Download the files here
3- Extract and overwrite the data folder in dowloaded file to you SSHIP data directory
4- Delete event.idx, event.dat, Voice.idx, and Voice.dat in sounds folder
5- Delete export_units.txt.strings.bin and historic_events.txt.strings.bin in text folder
6- Run the game
7- Quit the game
8- Run the game again
IMPORTANT NOTE: it is not savegame compatible so you have to start a new game
