Default Which version of SS has Armenia as a playable faction?

I have Stainless Steel 6.4 with hotfix 1.27, and I do not have Armenia as a playable faction.

However, I was watching a video and saw someone with SS6.4 and hotfix 1.27 with Armenia as a faction. Here is the video: https://youtu.be/a_qmvD-vf-I?t=397 (time is at 6:37)

The confusing part is that the same youtuber has another video reviewing SS6.4, and it also says it is version 6.4 hotfix 1.27 here: https://youtu.be/OoJVQ4GAmXw?t=454 (time is at 7:34) where Armenia is NOT a faction. It is not in the descr_strat of my version either so its not like it's hiding or something.

This is utterly bizarre because I don't remember Armenia being a faction and I've played SS since around 2018, I have no idea what version this guy has. Any idea where he got that version?

Looks like it's the Stainless Steel Historical Improvement Mod, which is a rework of SS and adds and removes a few factions.

Nope, it's the HURB submod. Armenia features also in the Broken Crescent (not SS-related mod), and this is a great fun to play with.

If you want to play a historical mod in the medieval setting the best are:
Stainless Steel Historical Improvement Project and Broken Crescent.
Recently, Tsardoms and TGC look also very good. Read my opinions on the other mods here.
