Who's responsible for the mod?

About one year ago I posted an idea about a submod for Eras Total Conquest. It consisted of an entirely different world map set in 1444 and centered around the north pole. I started developing it and it evolved into its own thing. I'd like to know who I should talk with to ask for permission to borrow the assets from Eras Total Conquest and ensure that when I finally release the mod I'll mention the original developers of the assets
