RTR Imperium surrectum unit thumbnail glitch - peasants everywhere

Just downloaded rtr imperium surrectum, and some of the unit thumbnails seem to be glitched. A lot of the units have the peasant thumbnail instead of their actual unit....any advise?

In the graphics settings change unit colour scheme from vibrant to realistic. As a side note make sure you have unit variety turned on in the settings too otherwise you will have a ctd.
